Returns + Exchanges

 

We hope you love your purchase from Foxhound Collection, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit please contact kelsey@foxhoundcollection.com for instructions. Items purchased from Foxhound may be returned for store credit within 28 days of receipt*, provided they are in their original condition. All shipping fees are non-refundable, we do not cover return shipping costs. It is recommended to mail your return with tracking and insurance on the package. Foxhound is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of return.
For hygiene reasons: there are no returns/exchanges for roll-on fragrance.
Please email kelsey@foxhoundcollection.com with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product within 24 hours of its arrival.
Items that are limited edition or listed at a discount are considered a final sale.
