What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase from Foxhound Collection, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit please contact kelsey@foxhoundcollection.com for instructions. Items purchased from Foxhound may be returned for store credit within 28 days of receipt*, provided they are in their original condition. All shipping fees are non-refundable, we do not cover return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a return shipping method that provides you with tracking and insurance for your package. Foxhound is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of return.
For health and safety reasons: there are no returns/exchanges for roll-on fragrance.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product within 24 hours of its arrival.
Items that are limited edition or listed at a discount are considered a final sale.

Domestic

All orders placed within Canada will ship within 3-5 days of purchase unless noted otherwise in additional info of individual listings. Not including pre-orders or made-to-order items.

US + Rest of World

All orders placed Internationally will ship within 3-5 days of purchase unless noted otherwise in additional info of individual listings (Not including pre-orders or made-to-order items.) via Canada Post/USPS and may or may not include a tracking number.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may also be held by customs for varying amounts of time - which will delay your items arrival: this is out of our control.

What's your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information necessary to complete your order or to get in touch with you regarding your order. Information collected at checkout includes name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number. We will never store your credit card information. We will also never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time.

The Foxhound server uses a special encryption to make sure the private information provided during the purchase process stays secure. What if I encounter errors during check out?

How can I check the status of my order?

If your order has included a tracking number: You will have receive a notification with it upon shipment, this will link you to Canada Post to track your order.

Can I rush my order?

How can I change my order?

You can reply to the email you received with purchase order or email kelsey@foxhoundcollection.com, please do this within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you have gift certificates?
