What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton cored wicks and fine fragrance oils
How to burn?
On the first burn, allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar - this is the most important step! This will help to prevent tunnelling and give your candle a nice even burn. *Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time and remember to never leave a lit candle unattended or near children or pets.
What is soy wax?
Soy wax is the oil of soybeans. Once harvested, cleaned and de-hulled the beans are rolled into flakes, the oil is then extracted and hydrogenated. Hydrogenation converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated making it solid at room temperature! As a result of choosing soy, it is an eco-friendly renewable resource and clean burning! It also burns at a lower temperature, making it last much longer.
Are your candles GMO free/Organic?
There are very few farms recognized as organic/GMO-free no reliable way at this time to test for GMO's in soy wax. There are also no soy wax distributors committing to a GMO free bean + organic process - however as soon as this may come available we'll be using it!
What are your fragrances made of?
Our fragrance oils are made in the USA with natural and synthetically derived ingredients following the strictest of global standards. We take great care to be able to provide products that are both safe and cost-effective. Our fragrances are all phthalate free, vegan and skin-safe.
Do you use essential oils?
There are no 100% essential oil scented candles at this time. Our fragrances are made with essential oil + synthetic blends. In order to create and share with you the stories we want to build through our candles, we have chosen the highest quality fragrances with you in mind. Our candles are tested thoroughly to keep them sophisticated and safe for your home.
Are your candles vegan/animal friendly?
We are happy to announce neither Foxhound Collection or our suppliers test on animals and all of our ingredients are vegan!
What is your return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Please read all item descriptions carefully upon placing your order. Contact us if you need help deciding on a scent and remember our vintage collection is sold 'as is' but we think any flaws only add to their beauty. At this time I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact me at email@example.com.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification with tracking number (if applicable) upon the creation of your shipping label. Allow 2-3 days for your tracking number to show activity.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 3-7 days after date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
